Ame Sansan 2025
This motion design project is inspired by Ame Sansan, a Japanese song by King Gnu, whose title translates to “Rain Brightly.” Drawing from the original music video, lyrics, and my interpretation of its emotional tone, I developed a minimal, cartoon-style animation that captures the atmosphere of a rainy day.

The piece features simple yet evocative elements—an umbrella, falling raindrops, and a girl riding a bicycle—to reflect the song’s quiet melancholy and subtle beauty. Through soft transitions, a limited color palette, and restrained motion, the animation expresses the gentle rhythm and emotional warmth of the track while maintaining a clean and poetic visual language.
